This session is for MVS performance gurus to rile IBM about reliability and system performance. They write up performance requirements, vote on them, and formally present them to IBM.

Most of the requirements generated here had little to do with our shop. Several requested that RMF produce additional data. Several more wanted to make changes to SMF records (most of these changes would be incompatible with existing records and were rejected). A couple of requirements had to do with the 3090 vector processing facility.
